What payments do you accept?
We accept Paypal payments and all Major Debit/Credit card payments through the buy now buttons on the website. You can use your card to pay once you have clicked the buy now button. All payments are safe and secure giving you peace of mind when ordering online. Customers can also pay Via Bank Transfer directly to Ulti-Mate Wooden Dummies business account, if you wish to pay this way please enquire for details.
Do the freestanding dummies need any additional weight to hold them down?
No. The freestanding dummies are very stable and do not need any extra weight applied.
Do you ship Wooden Dummies worldwide?
Yes we offer worldwide shipping on our dummies. For a shipping quote please send us an e-mail.
Can you customise the dummy even further to suit my own personnel needs?
Yes all wooden dummies are custom made to order so if the customer wants something specific on their dummy, then yes we can certainly help you. If the customer sends us an e-mail with their requirements then we will be more than happy to help.
Can I Pay over a few instalments?
Yes, For example, if the customer wishes to make a 25% deposit, then the customer can do so. Please contact us for more information.
Can I Buy Arms, Legs, Stands/Racks Separately?
Yes we do sell them, if the customer sends us an e-mail with their requirements we will be able to supply you with what you need.
If I suffer financial difficulties can I pay monthly installments ?
Yes the customer may pay for the dummy monthly. The maximum period is 12 months of payments. The dummy will be released when the last payment has been received.
How long is the build time for the dummies?
Build times differ depending on how many orders we have on at the time of your order. As we do our best to give you an accurate build time they are approximate and may vary slightly either way. They do not include weekends, holidays and shipping time etc. Further details on the terms and conditions.
